JOB DESCRIPTION

Role Summary:

As an IT Service Desk level 2,  you will play a crucial role in delivering 24/7 IT operational support, maintaining infrastructure &  addressing support requests

 

Responsibilities:

- Proactively monitor client systems, swiftly analyze alerts, and promptly escalate issues when necessary.

- Engage in effective communication through voice, email, and messaging channels.

- Take charge of system administration, meticulously document processes, and generate insightful reports.

- Troubleshoot end-user problems through calls.

JOB QUALIFICATION

Profile Background:

- Demonstrate familiarity with ITIL principles, adeptness with service desk best practices, and multicultural adaptability.

- Possess hands-on experience and basic knowledge in Linux/Unix, Windows Servers, and SQL Servers.

- Customer Service Oriented, with experience taking calls with end-users when troubleshooting.

- Must have analytical skills when troubleshooting.

- Excel using Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, AWS, Salesforce, and various communication tools.

- Familiar with systems administration, virtualization, business continuity, and ITSM solutions.

 

Requirements:

- Open to college-level or undergraduate applicants with relevant experience.

- Must have 2 years of relevant experience.

- Must be proficient in communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

- Must be available to work hybrid and on-site at Centris Quezon City.

- Must be open to work the night shift from 12 AM to 8 AM.

- Must have experience in taking calls and troubleshooting end-user issues related to software and hardware.
