Responsibilities:

- Manage 3 studios dedicated to producing content for reality shows featuring content creators.

- Oversee the e-commerce store responsible for selling merchandise related to shows and brands.

- Lead and supervise a team of 2 staff members, ensuring efficient workflow and productivity.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in retail store management, studio management, and overall operations.

- Bachelor's degree in Administration or a related field.

- At least 1 year of relevant experience.

- Strong leadership and organizational skills.

- Willingness to work as a consultant/independent contractor.

- Must be available to work in the Alabang office from 9 AM to 6 PM on weekdays.
