Responsibilities:

- Finding sponsors to support marketing initiatives.

- Pitching services and products to potential clients.

- Closing deals effectively to meet sales targets.

- Sourcing and finding leads through various channels to expand client base.

Managerial Skills Required:

-Effective leadership and team management capabilities, ensuring team cohesion and motivation to achieve departmental goals.

Requirements:

- Preferably with experience in showbiz, broadcasting, influencer, affiliate marketing, or content creator industries.

- Must hold a Bachelor's degree in E-commerce, Marketing, or any related field.

- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing roles.

- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Willingness to work as a consultant/independent contractor.

- Must be available to work in the Alabang office from 9 AM to 6 PM on weekdays.
