-Assist with recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
-Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR laws and regulations.
-Coordinate employee benefits and facilitate employee training and development.
-Support HR manager with various administrative tasks and special projects.
-Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
