JOB DESCRIPTION
- Supervise food preparation and cooking
- Maintain sanitation and safety standards in the kitchen area
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work space in order to ensure productivity.
- Able to manage kitchen staff and guide them to deliver quality food on time
- Order food supplies and kitchen equipment, as needed
- Ensure food quality standards for the restaurant
- Train and supervise employees as needed in relation to the kitchen
JOB QUALIFICATION
Experience in the Cash Register is a plus.
