JOB DESCRIPTION
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR laws and regulations.
- Coordinate employee benefits and facilitate employee training and development.
- Support HR manager with various administrative tasks and special projects.
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures
JOB QUALIFICATION
With at least 1yr. experience as an HR Officer/Assistant/Staff
Bachelor Degree in any related course
Can speak English
Female
Willing to work for 12-hour shift with a shifting schedule
Willing to train in Makati City (1-2 weeks)
Below 38 yrs. old
