JOB DESCRIPTION

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepare purchase orders and send copies to suppliers and to departments originating requests
  • Canvassing small tickets (materials) and comparing supplier prices
  • Conducting quantity and quality check of items upon delivery
  • Resolve purchasing disputes by contacting suppliers
  • Prepare, maintain, and review purchasing files, reports and price lists
  • Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all purchases, including prices, quantities, and delivery dates. Ensure that all information is documented and easily accessible for reference and reporting purposes
  • Collaborate with various departments to determine their procurement needs
  • Monitor and check in-house inventory
  • Performs other duties as assigned

JOB QUALIFICATION

Qualifications

  • Graduate of Business Administration or any related field.
  • Proficient knowledge in local government compliance and building administration.
  • Effective communicator and an excellent interpersonal skills;
  • Proficient computer skills especially in MS Office
