Responsibilities:

? Identify and troubleshoot hardware and software issues on various mobile devices.

? Perform repairs such as screen replacements, battery replacements, and component repairs according to manufacturer specifications and guidelines.

? Ensure all repairs meet quality standards and adhere to company policies and procedures. ? Conduct thorough testing post-repair to validate functionality and performance

? Collaborate with colleagues and management to streamline processes, share knowledge, and contribute to the overall success of the service center. Provide support during peak periods and assist with special projects as assigned.

? Responsibilities include re-judgment and overhaul of electronic screens and motherboards of feature phones and smartphones assessing and repairing electronic components of mobile phones, ensuring they function properly.

Qualifications:

? High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or relevant training preferred.

? Proven experience in mobile device repair, preferably in a service center or retail environment.

? Proficiency in diagnosing hardware and software issues on various mobile platforms (iOS, Android, etc.).

? Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.

? Excellent communication and customer service skills.

? Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

? Familiarity with repair tools and equipment used in mobile device servicing.

? Mobile phone repair experience, should have a solid background in mobile phone construction and repair skill
