-Perform outbound cold calls to food panda vendors and riders to promote and sell products and services
-Answer inbound calls from prospective customers (if possible)
-Explain product benefits based on spiel provided by food panda
-Recommended loan products or services according to the customer's needs
-Deal with complaints and address customer concerns (can be discussed)
-Keep track of customers that have been contacted in the future (Reports)
-Follow-up on previous customers for potential conversion
-Go the "extra mile" to meet certain target
-Follow data sharing and retention policy as provided by Food Panda
-1 to 2 yrs. experience as telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role in a BPO company
-Proven track record of successfully meeting sales targets preferably over the phone
-Knowledge and experience in financial products and loans is a plus
-Excellent communication and presentation skills
-Proficient in English
-Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints
-Persistent and results oriented
-Patient, professional and must be able to handle customer rejection
