-Make a report to the Service Operations Manager relevant to the service flow operations.
-Develop all Area Supervisors to have a strong leadership attitude.
-Recommends new ideas and concepts to upgrade service operations.
-Awareness, audit money, Permits, and store facade presentations.
-Handle Guests/Customer complaints during operations in the absence capability of area supervisors.
-Implementation of basic rules and handles counselling for the improvement of staff .
