JOB DESCRIPTION

-Fully responsible for the project engineering management of the property where the project is located, handling and solving engineering technology, quality, progress and other aspects of the problem and follow up implementation

-Responsible for the construction progress of outsourcing projects Construction quality Supervise and check the reasonableness of the project

-Manage and train the construction skills of the maintenance workers, and provide maintenance operators with equipment Training on principles, maintenance precautions and safety, maintenance staff maintenance task allocation plan, supervision, training, appraisal and evaluation of property maintenance staff shifts, and coordination with other teams or departments.

-Complete other tasks assigned by superior.

JOB QUALIFICATION

-Must have 1-5 experience in the same field

-Bachelor Graduate

-With License

-25 to 45 yrs. old
-Male
