Create and/or monitor Master file of Accounts.

• Audit monthly billing from Third-party provider.
• Prepare report for bad accounts and discrepancies.
• Prepare and send invoices to clients and customers.
• Process, prepare and complete third-party invoices.
• Check, print and validate billings and invoices.
• Track, check and process delinquent invoices.
• Perform daily closing and balancing of payments and receipts.
• Coordinate with accounts receivable and accounts payable departments

*Must be graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics/ Management Accounting or Accounting Technology or similar field, required

*With at least one (1) year of general accounting/ billing and collection experience

*Adept in Microsoft Office systems

*Excellent attention to detail

*Good written and verbal communication skills

*Strong problem solving and analytical skills

*Displays initiative and can work independently to complete assigned tasks
