JOB DESCRIPTION
- open & develop new accounts
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.
- Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
- Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs
- Assist in planning, organizing, directing and controlling aspect of operations to improve proficiency and efficiency of Sales Team
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints
- Direct and supervise employees engaged in sales, taking inventory, reconciling cash receipts, or in performing services for customers
- Monitor sales activities to ensure that customers receive satisfactory service and quality goods
- Inventory stock and reorder when necessary
- Formulate pricing policies and accuracy
- Utilize information technology to record sales figures for data analysis
- Organize and coordinate sales representatives schedules
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Supervisor 5 Yrs. & up experienced employees specializing in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
- With background on fast moving consumer goods distribution. Possess the ability to be keen on details, patience and with good working attitude
- Full-Time position(s) available.
