Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, providing excellent customer service, resolving customer issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
1. Customer service experience and skills
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
3. Positive and friendly attitude
4. Fluent in English, both written and oral
5. Experience with call center or BPO is a plus
