Accounts Intern is responsible for the accurate posting of transactions and maintaining accounts records.

Responsibilities:

1. Posting transactions in accounting software for Accounts Payables Functions (Eg: Key in Supplier Invoices & prepare payment vouchers before the payment cycle).
2. Data entry for Accounts Receivables function (Eg: Update payment received from Customers).
3. Prepare a summary of headcounts from hardcopy attendance for billing purposes.
4. Other ad-hoc tasks as required.
