Job responsibilities

• Look for an office space which can be rented in Davao city (our HQ is in Paranaque city & we are expanding the business so looking for office space in Davao & Cebu)
• Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications.
• Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements.
• Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.
• Play a crucial role in negotiating salary and compensation packages with candidates
• Manage and maintain candidate files and records, ensuring that all documents are up to date and in compliance with legal requirements
• Assist with the onboarding process, ensuring new hires have all the necessary information and access to start their roles successfully.
• Promoting the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity.
• Keeping up-to-date on current employment legislation and regulations and enforcing them within the company.
• Providing recruitment reports to team managers.

What We Offer:

Salary Range: Peso 30K – 45K (negotiable for excellent candidates)

Other Benefits:

1. KPI Bonus (upon regularization)

Job requirements

• A bachelor's degree in human resources.
• A minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment & administrative work
• Experience with recruitment processes and databases.
• Excellent communication skills.
• A working knowledge of employment law and legislation.
