JOB DESCRIPTION
- Perform daily payment transaction processing
- Process deposits and withdrawals
- Handle all other back office duties related to disbursement and payments as may be required from time to time
- Work closely with Customer Service, helps CS dealing with difficult cases (make investigations in case of payment delays).
- Exports payment statuses back to the system, handle returned payments. Tracking, recording, storing information, related to transactions.
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Advanced Excel user, experience with online bank payments
- Working knowledge of english

- 19-35 years old
