Housekeeping Supervisor
Duties and Responsibilities
- Train housekeepers on cleaning and maintenance task
- Oversee staff on a daily basis
- Schedule shifts and arrange for replacement in case of absence.
- Establish and educate staff on cleanliness, tidiness, and hygine standards.
- Motovate team member and resolve any issues that occur on the job.
- Respond to customer complaints and special request.
- Monitor and replenish cleaning products.
- Participate in a large cleaning project.
- Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation.
JOB QUALIFICATION
Must be College Level
With at least 2 years related experience
Hardworking and Flexible
