Job Requirements:
1) Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
2) A minimum of 4 years’ proven experience in people management and customer
service
3) Proficiency in MS office (Microsoft Office, Excel, Powerpoint etc.)
4) Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
5) Good understanding of management practices and techniques
6) Relative background in Sales and Retail Industry.
7) Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
8) Must be CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTED.
