JOB DESCRIPTION
Assist with the day-to-day operations of the Analytical, Instrumentation and Control Department. Providing clerical and administrative support to AI&C BU Head. Act as the liaison between AI&C and other department, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of request and questions.
SKILL SET:
- Ability to meet target deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to pitch presentation in a persuasive and convincing approach.
- Demonstrated ability to learn, retain and articulate product related information and provide impromptu responses on appropriate subject matter.
- Highly articulate and persuasive verbal written communication and listenign skills.
- Strong multitasking skills along with the ability to adapt to changing work environments.
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's /College Degree, or equivalent (Mechanical/Instrumentation/Electrical/ Industrial)
- Knowledge in computer and with basoc knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, and with knwoledge in MS Excel functions and formula
- Preferred: Female
- With at least 1 year experience in Sales Support or equivalent.
