• Process orders received from the office account
• Process Orders received from Sales Group 
• Prepares Quotations/Proposals of office
• Preparation of other documents to include Company Profile and other sales tools for Marketing or accreditation purposes
• Other Support Requirements of the Sales Group
• Updating Client database
• Updating Ongoing & Completed Contracts needed for Government Bidding.
• Handles all incoming calls and responds to all inquiries including the following:
• Customer Requests/Complaints
• Product specifications
• Price
• Availability of product
• Delivery time
• Payment terms
• Discount

Requirement:

• Bachelor Degree of any related course
• Knowledge in sales documentation
• Good oral and written communication in English
• Customer service skills
• Knowledgeable in MS Office Applications
• Telephone Skills
• Fluent in English Communication(Written and Verbal)
• Knows how to make correspondence
