JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Hiring Manager to define general candidate requirements (experience, skills, education, compensation ranges, etc.)
  • Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
  • Creates hiring status reports for stakeholder to keep them updated, raise flags if there are any items that need help on from a hiring standpoint, and present recommendations to overcome the hiring challenges if there is any
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and documentation
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

JOB QUALIFICATION

Graduate of Psychology or any related course

With at least 1 year experience

Hardworking and Flexible

Willing to be assigned in Bf homes
