JOB DESCRIPTION
- Attending management meeting to understand design needs and preferences regarding interior styles and colors
- Creating initial designs sketches, color themes and ideas based on management requirements and space availibility.
- Getting approval from the management before creating CAD designs and detailed briefs for workers and supervisors
- Coordinate with Engineering department as well vendors to implement design ideas, such as carpenters, painters, plumbers, electricians and artist.
- Overseeing the buying process of all raw materials and items required to complete the project.
- Keeping everyone involved in the project appraised of its progress.
- Ensuring project completion within the allocated budget and timeline
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Graduate of BS Architecture
- With experience in the same field
- Strong creativity, artistic ability and imagination
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to read and draw blueprints
- knowledge of the quality, rates and locations of raw materials
- Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and resolve any issues regarding operation and delay
- Strong leadership and management skills
- advance attention to detail
- Problem solving skills
