JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Provides efficient service to all new and existing accounts/clients of Sales & Business Development Group.
  • Provides due assistance to Ma-Supervisor and AVP in handling client's concerns.
  • Prepares documents necessary during accounts renewal.
  • Handles inquiries and complaints from client.
  • Facilitates product orientation.
  • Handles all administrative requirements of SBD group.
  • Ensure on time release of documents through constant monitoring.
  • Keep an updated and organized centralized file.

JOB QUALIFICATION

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): Good communication skills.
  • Preferably Less than 1 year experience specialized in Healthcare - Nurse/Medical Support & Assistant or equivalent.
