JOB DESCRIPTION
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for using digital channels to generate leads and build brand awareness.
- Planning digital marketing campaigns including Social Media - FB/Google/IG - Ads, SEO/SEM, email and display advertising
- Measuring and reporting on the growth, analytics and performance of all digital marketing campaigns
- Maintaining our social media presence across all digital channels
- Monitor social media and Google Analytics
- Research advertising trends
- Determine what content will reach customers
- Publish digital marketing content online
- Implement email marketing campaigns
- Optimize paid advertising campaigns using SEO and other tools
- Provide internal reports on a regular basis
- Conduct market research to inform campaigns
JOB QUALIFICATION
Knowledge, Skill and Experience Requirements:
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced in specializing Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
- At least 1-3 years of experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies
- Experience in social media management and content distribution
- Strong knowledge and experience of different digital marketing channels, online marketing tools and best practices
- Have experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn and similar technologies
- Experience using HubSpot or a similar marketing automation tool
- Strong communication, analytical and creative skills
- Critical thinker and problem solver
- Able to perform under tight deadlines
- Dedicated, strong team player
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Must be able to work in a team environment
- Excellent storytelling skills
- Copywriting skills is an advantage
