JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Report directly to the Finance Manager or his/her designate
  • Assist the FM in all financial aspects of the building
  • Update the FM and Head Property Manager of the areas/ accountabilities of the residents
  • Collects payments of the residents
  • Issues official receipts (OR) and provisional receipts (PR) to residents. The OR and PR booklets are then returned to the Finance Manager for safe keeping
  • Ensures accuracy on financial reports
  • Recommends corporate policies and procedures that are current and effective
  • Prepares reminder letters to residents who are not paying on time
  • Attends to all residents’ inquiries on their statement of account.
  • Informs the admin office contact details of the residents if there is any
  • Prepares daily collection reports, cash journals
  • All other tasks assigned by immediate supervisor from time to time

JOB QUALIFICATION

  • A graduate of business/accounting/or other related courses
  • Has one year relevant work experience
  • Has an experience in admin & clerical duties
  • Willing to work for 6 days in a week
