JOB DESCRIPTION
????DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Identifies and assess minor repairs and maintenance works
2. Use the following technical skills in completing the job order
a. Electrical troubleshooting and corrective actions
b. Basic carpentry works
c. Cleaning of HVAC and mechanical equipment
d. Implements emergency repairs procedure
e. Installation and repairs of pipes and fittings
f. Mixes and applies paint, stain, varnish and other finishes
g. Fabricates and maintains walls, floors, and other civil related structures
3. Prepares service reports and suggests corrective actions
JOB QUALIFICATION
????QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2 years related work experience
- Troubleshooting Skills, Specific Technical Skills,
- Highly motivated, Hardworking and Result Oriented
