JOB DESCRIPTION

Perform general maintenance and repairs for assigned equipment and facilities including plumbing, electrical, basic carpentry, heating and cooling, and other building system
-
Perform general repairs that do not require a specialized technician. Example may include repairing drywall, painting and repairing doors and other building fixtures

Cleans and assists with upkeep of the facilities
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Must have experience as a Maintenance
- Willing to be assigned in Paranaque or Pasay
- Knowledgeable on Wiring
- Knowledgeable on Aircon maintenance
