JOB DESCRIPTION
A customer service representative supports customers by providing helpful information, answering questions, and responding to complaints.
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Senior High School graduate with or without call center experience
- Completed at least 2 years in college (no back subjects) with at least 6 months of call center experience.
- With good to excellent English communication skills
- Willing to start ASAP and work onsite.
