Duties and responsibilities:

Setting objectives and technology strategies for the IT department align with the
Banks goals
Working with upper-level IT staff to implement Department goals within budget
allotted
Staying abreast of emerging technologies that can improve IT Department
performance and increase Bank profits
Oversee the technological infrastructure (networks and computer systems) in the
Bank to ensure optimal performance
Managing IT personnel
Creating and implementing IT policies, protocols and standards
Overseeing contract negotiations with IT vendors, contractors and service
providers
Analyze the costs, value and risks of information technology to advise
management and suggest actions

Supervises the following positions:
1. Division Manager – ICT
2. Division Manager - KMMIS

Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information
systems, software engineering or another relevant
field

Work experience: Minimum of 5 years work experience in both
information technology and management with strong
backgrounds developing and implementing IT systems
