JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Oversee the overall Operations Control Center for all APMC managed properties
  • Monitor property activities and observe operations for any irregular activities
  • Monitor incidents in all managed properties
  • Provide situational reports during an emergency / incident
  • Draft and complete accurate reports daily
  • Monitor and provide advisory during (Typhoon, Earthquake, Civil unrest and other notable events that may affect the operations)

 

JOB QUALIFICATION

  • College Degree
  • Must be computer literate (MS Excel/ MS Word)
  • Preferably with experience related to the job required
  • Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
  • With a sense of urgency and responsibility
  • Can maintain composure during high work load/demand                                                         
  • Must be willing to start immediately and can work at shifting schedule.
  • Willing to work in Makati
  • Can work flexible work hours

On the January 2007, five individual businessmen conceptualized a third party manpower solution that would cater to various companies for their Manpower requirements. Starting up with an initial manpower of ten people, the company has already grown to adapt with the needs of its clients. In prospectus, we have grown to forty back office employees and still continues to grow to cater to our clients’ needs. Team Global Facility Solutions, Inc. wants to provide companies with a Better Solution.

With a competent workforce for each department, where every employee is an expert at his/her own field, Team Global is able to provide its clients with Quality and Efficiency at a faster turn-around time. Team Global is composed of Recruitment Specialists and Consultants, a range of Licensed Engineers that have more than 10 years of experience in their respective fields, Department Heads which came from various companies (On-line Recruitment, Head Hunting Firm, I.T.
