Responsible for planning, monitoring, documentation and reporting to ensure service levels and contractual performance indicators are achieved. Must be reliable, have strong communication skills and contribute positively to the team. Work with service providers or contractors to coordinate the provision of these services. Tasked with developing new ways to deliver services within the organization including identifying opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency, or otherwise optimize how services are delivered.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Providing on-site training to clients on how to use technology tools effectively
• Conducting assessments of client needs in order to determine appropriate services
• Communicating with clients regularly to ensure that they are satisfied with their experience with the agency
• Coordinating with other staff members, such as social workers or case managers, to ensure that clients receive consistent service delivery
• Maintaining records of service delivery activity, including client intake forms and other documents related to case management
• Create and update project and training documentation
• Provide support and assistance to other teams
• Responsible for installing and maintaining software, hardware and other technology
• Required to interact with customers in person or over the phone to answer questions, address concerns and provide solutions to customer issues.
• Responsible for identifying and resolving technical issues

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree information technology, computer science or a related field
• Minimum work experience of 2-3 years in project support and implementations
• Experience conducting training for software or web based applications
• Previous experience within software/ web industry is preferred
