Responsibilities:
-Coordinate with sales team to handle the related documents received from field sales.
-Maintain tracking of incoming sales and delivered units.
-Review Order Confirmations from Order Processing and send updates to customers on the order details and scheduling.
-Liaise with Production to ensure timely delivery.
-Maintain rapport with customers by examining complaints; identifying solutions; and suggesting improved methods and techniques.
-Consolidate respective sale documents to pass to Accounts Department upon successful delivery, installation and commissioning.
-Manage and organize sales documents.
-Meet ISO Objective comply with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 13485 requirements.
-Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquire about products and services
-Handle and resolve customer’s complaints.
-Co-ordinate order processing and shipment of goods.
-Help customer to decide what type of products would best suit their needs together with product specialist.
The Ideal Candidate Would Possess:
-Diploma / bachelor’s degree in economics/engineering, preferably specialized in sales and marketing. Degrees in other fields are welcome.
-Good in spoken and written English is a must, Good in spoken and written Mandarin is a plus.
-Candidates with experience in handling paperwork and achieving customer satisfaction preferred.
-Proficient in MS Office like MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point, Outlook etc.
-Good attitude and shows responsibility.
-Understanding of production and marketing techniques, including production processes and sales analysis.
-Able to work under pressure.
