JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Accepts payment and makes change for every ticket purchase of customers
  • Answers questions concerning movie schedules, seat availability, upcoming attractions, and any detail regarding movies currently shown
  • Fill ticket and seat reservations through telephone or mobile phone, from time to time
  • Keeps daily Tally Sheet of cash received and complimentary passes and documentary forms that may be validly exchanged for tickets
  • Maintains the cleanliness and orderliness of the Ticket Booth at all times
  • Safeguards cash boxes and drawers which contain change, bills and payments received
  • Screens the moviegoers based on the policies of Local Government Units and MTRC, most especially concerning age, physical capabilities and proper decorum
  • Ensures that equipment used for ticket reservation and disbursement (i.e. desktop computer, spare parts, printer) are in order before and during shifts
  • Guarantees that no money will be withdrawn from the cash boxes and drawers aside from the required change for each transaction or required by Treasury Personnel for remittance purposes
  • Signs in the user account intended for ticket seller and signs it out during breaks and end-of-shift
  • Ensures that there is no cash shortage or cash excess
  • Receives information from Projectionists/ Office Personnel with regard to the start of the movie, trailers being shown, and cut-screening if necessary
  • Checks the commercial placements for each movie title and theater, then correspondingly issues ticket for monitoring purposes of the advertiser
  • Responsible/ accountability for all cash generated sales of movie admission in the Ticket Booth

JOB QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor's Degree holder

• Conversant

On the January 2007, five individual businessmen conceptualized a third party manpower solution that would cater to various companies for their Manpower requirements. In prospectus, we have grown to forty back office employees and still continues to grow to cater to our clients’ needs.
