JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
- Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets
- Monitor closely nationwide sales performance
- Analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
- Establish productive and professional relationships with the Trade (supermarkets, hypermarkets, convenience stores, groceries, wholesalers, etc.)
- Negotiate and come up with mutually beneficial agreements with key accounts.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Motivate, mentor and coach team members to further develop their competencies
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Male/female, between 30 -40 years old
- Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Marketing major or related course
- With 4 – 5 years of sales experience in the FMCG sector, with at least two years of experience of leading a regional sales team.
- With the ability to analyze sales performance metrics and creative in developing sales strategies
- Adept in seeking business opportunities
- Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills
- Strong team management skills
- With excellent communication skills
