JOB DESCRIPTION
An operations manager is responsible for implementing and maintaining the processes that an organization uses. This includes software and other programs that the organization uses to function every day. Personnel. Human resources is a big part of operations in any organization.
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Supporting the company’s transformation agenda by providing structure, organization and consistency throughout the project duration
- Analysing business requirements with the help of Senior Management to support the company objectives
- Determining timelines, activities and other requirements to meet project objectives.
- Identification of high level risks, assumptions, constraints and key stakeholders for planning
- Determining the organizational value and prioritization of different projects
- Risk management. Coordinate the issues to be solved and decisions to be taken
- Development of and implementation of suggested approaches in order to face improvement opportunities
- Communication and agreements with internal/external customers
- Provide high level of data analytics and setting of data requirements, steering research work, data gathering, and interpretation to meet set objectives
- Follow through with initiatives set
- Monitoring timeliness and dependencies of all ongoing and upcoming projects
- Manage budgetary requirements
- Overseeing quality management for project outputs and deliverables
- To perform high level key communications project documentation
- To develop and deliver project reports to different level
- Delegate project management tasks under the transformation department
- Performance management and development of the project management team
- Resource management on project work and/or research related tasks under transformation department
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Administration, Business Management
- At least 5-8 years of working experience in Project Management or in a similar field
- Knowledgeable in Business and Data Analytics
- Ability to be flexible, prioritize important tasks and able to work well under pressure
- Good multitasking skills
- Critical thinker and problem-solver
- Proficient in English and Filipino
- Strong initiative, ability to anticipate issues proactively
- Team player, teachable, reliable and hard worker
- Excellent and advanced MS Office and GSuite Apps Skills
- Knowledge of using online tools to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge in process mapping and budgeting
