As for the process:
  • All Cebu-based candidates may go directly to Maya Mexican Restaurant, Crossroads, Banilad, Cebu City for their initial interview, since we have open call (or mini job fair) scheduled every Wednesdays and Fridays, 9am to 11am
  • Those who aren't Cebu-based and are willing to relocate, they can be interviewed virtually, usually through Whatsapp
  • Final interviews shall be done once a candidate passed the initial interview, however it doesn't always fall on the same day. Hence, we will coordinate with you or with the candidate as to his/her Final interview schedule and venue once arranged.

Practically the service is free.
Plus it saves the company time, money and effort in entertaining number of unqualified and incompetent candidates that usually come during the usual free-for-all recruitment activities in response to expensive print advertising in a leading Sunday newspaper.
Reasonable Service Fee will only be charge once you find the right person to fill up the vacant position after your own evaluation and assessment.
