JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Description:
1. Consolidation and Preparation of Delivery Receipts, Sales Invoice/ Billing Statements, Statement of Accounts and Collection
Receipts
2. Assist in the day to day transactions and prepare vouchers and check payments
3. Assist in preparing reports to ensure local compliance to different government agencies
4. Ensure accuracy and timelines of different management reports including month-end reports, quarterly reports and regular
management reports
5. Financial reporting and general ledger structure including maintenance of all functions of accounting systems.
6. Reconciles bank accounts at least monthly, verifies deposits, and addresses inquiries from banks.
7. Prepares monthly balance sheets, income statements, and profit and loss statements.
8. Collaborates with the other departments to support overall department goals and objectives.
9. Other Accounting Tasks that may be assigned

JOB QUALIFICATION

1. Must have completed a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Accounting Management or any business
related course
2. At least 1-2 years experience in General Accounting
3. Must have experience in Quickbooks Pro and BIR Database
4. With knowledge in General Accounting Process, Accounts Payable, & Accounts receivable.
5. Can work with minimal supervision.
6. With excellent interpersonal and communication skills
7. Preferably with good background in accounting management
8. Proficient in various computer applications including complex excel formulas.
9. Have strong critical thinking and analytical skills
10. Strong team player and able to interact and collaborate with other functions
11. Organized and maintains orderly filing system
12. Has initiative and can work within tight deadlines
Other Skills:
13. Advance knowledge of MS Excel
14. Familiar with Quickbooks and BIR Softwares
15. Good communication Skills- Written and Verbal
16. Analytical and Keen on Details
