JOB DESCRIPTION

Manage the company’s financial planning
? Prepare and Finalize annual financial
statements, audited from External Auditors
and provide to Board of Directors for approval
? Prepare financial projections and budgets in
line with business plan and get these
approved by the BOD
? Take charge of Finance, Accounting, and
Taxation matters following regulatory
reporting cycles
? Plan and perform risk management duties
based on financial planning and forecasting
? Analyze and manage the organization’s
liabilities and investments
? Plan, implement and manage investment
strategies
? Manage fundraising plans and capital
structure

? Determine finance KPIs
? Track and ensure cash flow is appropriate and
sustainable
? Supervise finance personnel such as
controllers, financial advisors, financial
consultants and treasurers 
? Manage and retain relationships with various
vendors
? Prepare current financial reports requirements
? Prepare and present forecasting reports
? Adhere to the law and company’s policies
? Provide insights on financial status, cash flow
and overall financial strengths and weakness
to propose strategic directions to be
presented to the board of directors and
executive management

JOB QUALIFICATION

*Degree in business management or a Masters in
Business Administration in Accounting/Finance or similar
relevant field
*Previous work experience as CFO for at least (3-5) years
*Previous work experience with financial data analysis
*At least Fifteen (15) years working experience and at
least Ten (10) years management experience
*Eligibility : None required
*Education: Any Engineering or Business-related
course/background
