JOB DESCRIPTION

? Provide high-level decision-making when it
comes to a company’s budget and accounts,
with the financial departments of a company
reporting to them
? Collaborate with senior management and key
departments on a range of innovative
commercial and product solutions, using a
data-driven mentality to ensure effective
scaling and international growth
? Set budgets, controlling company costs and
securing investment capital
? Building strong relationships with key vendors,
clients, business partners and stakeholders
? Increase the sales of the revenue division and
support the CEO in negotiations or customer
relationship management
? Monitoring current significant projects
including reporting status, progress updates,
and identifying areas that require corrective
actions

? Provide guidance on strategic directions based
on market data analysis, research and
development
? Oversee operational policies and procedures
? Oversee day-to-day operations, including
finance, human resources and sales.
? Oversee planning, maintenance and efficiency
of business operations
? Prepare operational reports and management
reports of revenue division for annual
reporting to the BOD
? Ensure compliance on a company, statutory
and regulatory LGU levels.
? Drive sustainable growth and minimize losses.
? Head outreach and business relations.
? Review budgets and staffing.
? Increase profitability and overall bottomline of
the business in alignment to the short-term
and long-term strategic plans.

JOB QUALIFICATION

*Degree in business management or a Masters in
Business Administration, Entrepreneurship or similar
relevant field
*Previous work experience as VP or higher for at least (5)
years
*Previous work experience with financial data analysis
*At least Fifteen (15) years working experience and at
least Ten (10) years management experience
*Proven track record of generating substantial revenue
and growth year on year.
*Has experience in developing new businesses or
product lines
*Has effective marketing and sales experience
*Eligibility : None required
*Education: Any Business-related course/background
