JOB DESCRIPTION

Overseeing marketing department to perform all
essential tasks for increasing business sales and
leading the development of all marketing plans
? Evaluating and developing short-term and long-
term marketing strategy and marketing plan.
? Planning, directing, and coordinating marketing
strategies across business units.
? Communicating the marketing plan to the sales
teams to increase sales penetration and business
partnerships.
? Researching demand for Elev8 Group’s products
and services.
? Conduct competitor research, develop marketing
analysis
? Working with sales department to develop pricing
strategies to maximize profits and market share
while balancing customer satisfaction.
? Identifying potential customers via research and
development.
? Manage all types of growth channels
? Developing promotions with advertising managers.
? Understanding and developing budgets and
finance, including expenditures, research and

development appropriations, return-on-
investment and profit-loss projections.
? Compiling lists describing our offerings.
? Developing and managing advertising campaigns.
? Building brand awareness and positioning.
? Supporting sales and lead generation efforts.
? Coordinating marketing projects from start to
finish.

and major events.

JOB QUALIFICATION

*Previous work experience as Marketing Head for at
least (3-5) years
*Previous work experience with Marketing data analysis
*At least Fifteen (15) years working experience and at
least Ten (10) years management experience
*Eligibility : None required
*Education: *Degree in business management or a
Masters in Business Administration/ Marketing/
Advertising/ Entrepreneurship or similar relevant field
*Any Business-related course/background
