JOB DESCRIPTION

Inventory Associate is a data tracker with that data being physical inventory and to count and record inventory in the interest of helping their employer to reduce waste, cut down on unnecessary expenditures and maintain a steady supply of goods and must accurately count and record each item in the inventory.

JOB SPECIFICATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE
Monitors stock levels and identify purchasing needs
Track orders and ensure timely delivery
Update internal databases with order details
Maintain updated records of invoices and contracts
Liaise with warehouse staff to ensure all products arrive in good condition
Prepare vouchers for received invoices
Prepare stock slip for billing attachment
Processing shipments to precisely record each incoming and outgoing shipment assist with loading and unloading
Enter data in system and keeping handwritten logs
Participate in inventory overhauls and assists activities such as bundling, labelling products with barcodes or tag number, scanning items and organizing shelves and cleaning floors and other surfaces as needed
Run errands for purchasing like canvassing, and other corporate errands
Maintain inventory of checking stocks and reordering standard items as needed
Inventory of office supplies
Inventory of assets, equipment & tools
Inventory of Health and for improvement assets
Incoming and Outgoing of supplies, equipments, tools and other companies assets.

JOB QUALIFICATION

With 1 yr experience in inventories of supplies or any related companies
Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply
