- Engage and Interact with customers in a friendly and energetic manner, promoting our products and creating a lively atmosphere at the kiosk. 

- Provide excelent customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries offering product recommendations, and ensuring their needs are met.

- Prepare and serve a variety of delicious food and beverage items with precision and attention to details.

- Maintain a clean and organized kiosk, including regular restocking of inventory maintaining product displays and ensuring a visually appealing presentation.

- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, following proper cash handling procedures

- Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and achieve operational goals.

- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, including ingredients, allergens and preparation methods, to answer customer questions and provide accurate information.

- Demostrate a strong sense of sytle and personal flair, reflectng our brand image and enhancing the overall cuistomer experience.

- Proactively identify opprtunities to upsell or cross-sell products to customers maximizing sales potential

- Adhere to health and safety guidelines, ensuring proper food handling and sanitation practices are followed at all times.

- Previous experience in the food and beverage industry, in a customer-facing role

- Passion for the food and beverage industry,with knowledge of popular trnds and willingness to learn about our specific products

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers of all backgrounds

- Enthusiastic and utgoing personality with the ability to create a fun and lively environment

- Strong sence of persoal style and fashion-forward mindset

- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-energy environment

- Detai-oriented with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.

- Cash=handling experience and basic math skills

- Experience with POS is a PLUS

- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays

- Food safety certification (or willingness to obtain one) is a plus
