> Petty cash custodian
- Replenishment every Monday
> Accounts Recievables
- Updating every end of the month
> Summarize weekly collection of sales team
> Summarize Sales per area
- Masterlist of DR, Classified sales summary
> Summary check of disbursements per bank
> Summary of operating and incidental expenses
> Encoding, posting of sales per item for P&L purposes
> Preparation of payroll every 15th and 30th
> Preparation of:
- SOA
- Memo
- NOD/Collection Reports
> And other tasks that may be required
JOB QUALIFICATION
- DEGREE IN ACCOUNTANCY OR BUSINESS MANAGEMENT
- PROFICIENT IN MICROSOFT APPLICATIONS ( EXCEL, WORD, POWERPOINT )
- GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS
- AT LEAST 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE
- WILLING TO WORK IN QUEZON CITY
