As a Technical Support Specialist, you will handle presales inquiries funnel through marketing
campaigns of strategic products, and our online Store. Also, you will answer presale technical questions and
provide recommendations based on the customer’s requirements. Though we have channels for customers to
obtain post-sale warranty support, you will be expected to answer basic questions on installation issues and
post-sales inquiries from customers who made their purchases.
Responsibilities:
• Provide support for English presale inquiry via chat, phone, and email
• Works with customers to identify service-related needs and offers the most appropriate solutions
providing world-class customer service
• Diagnoses and resolving basic troubleshooting
• Provides solutions and resolution resources for customer concerns
• Interfaces with customers over the phone providing status updates and ensuring service has been
restored
• Escalates appropriate technical issues to upper-level technical support when needed
• Upsell additional services and provide a recommendation based on customer requirement
Qualification:
With 1yr experience in Technical Support Representative With Knowledge in Connectivity Issues and Troubleshooting
With Outbound Sales Experience With Good Communication Skills
