JOB DESCRIPTION
A store manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a store, making sure it runs smoothly and effectively. Their duties include motivating sales teams, creating business strategies, developing promotional material, and training new staff. Also known as a store supervisor. Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
- 2 years in managing sales teams
- Prior industry outside of sales preferred
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong work ethic with the high level of discretion
