JOB DESCRIPTION

-Oversee HR Department (Recruitment, Admin, Company benefits, Timekeeping, Employee Relations and Field coordinator)
-Monitor KPI and HR Recruitment and Admin Reports
-Coordination with Clients
-Solved issues and concerns
-Execute Performance evaluation
-Administer Admin Hearing and strictly monitor copany rules and regulations
-Direct report to HR Manager

JOB QUALIFICATION

-Female
-With Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
-With at least 3years related working experience as HR Supervisor

-Adept at problem-solving, innovative and able to identify issues and resolve them in a timely manner

-Has good interpersonal skills to form effective working relationships with people at all levels and good organizational skills

-Must be a team player, can work with minimum supervision

-Competency in Microsoft Office and related presentation tools

-Experience in manpower service is an advantage
-Willing in Sta. Rosa, Laguna

-Will start ASAP
