Job Description

The Financial Report Analyst’s (FRA) primary responsibility is to gather and analyze financial data and prepare financial-related reports to support decision making. It also includes analysis of past results, conduct variance analysis, evaluate trends and movements of financials, and provide recommendations and insights for improvement and future activities. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

1.      Gather financial data and information from various sources such as projects, and departments.

2.      Review and analyze financial reports collected from different departments and recommend improvements for the organization.

3.      Evaluate trends and variances noted in financial data and determine the effects to the company.

4.      Provide forecast and trends based on financial data, market trends, and other information.

5.      Develop financial models for better understanding and for insights of company’s financial performance and position.

6.      Develop and maintain consolidated reports and distribution list.

7.      Prepare the necessary templates as needed for reportorial requirements for management and executive use.

8.      Constantly monitor performance by reviewing performance metrics and lead the correction of below-target KPIs.

9.      Other tasks that may be assigned by Management from time to time.

Job Qualifications:

1.      Graduate of BS Accountancy, Financial Management, or any business-related courses.

2.      Preferably with experience in financial statements, financial analysis, research, and management reporting

3.      Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft office tools

4.      Physically and mentally fit
