JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Description

Recruitment Assistant is responsible in the talent acquisition, screening, interview, Placement and background checking. He or She is responsible in maintaining pool of talents in order to supply manpower requirement of the Organization while Compensation and Benefits Assistant is responsible in defining a fair, equitable and competitive total compensation and benefits package. He/She develops a consistent compensation philosophy and ensures that compensation practices are in compliance with current DOLE Mandates.

 

JOB DESCRIPTIONS (1 for Compensation and Benefits and 1 for Recruitment)

  • Liaise with other department heads to determine staffing requirements
  • Use different job portals to advertise job vacancies as appropriate
  • Ensure compliance with employment and data protection related to DOLE mandates and legal requirements
  • Organize and take part in interview procedures and/or Calculates employee compensation
  • Develop and keep up to date policies relating to employment and other human resources issues
  • Updating internal masterlist of employees and/or payroll databases
  • Must have a flair for numbers and policies and be able to handle sensitive information.
  • Familiar with labor legislation
  • Other tasks as may be assigned from time to time

JOB QUALIFICATION

QUALIFICATIONS (1 for Compensation and Benefits and 1 for Recruitment)

  • A Bachelor's Degree in any related field.
  • With atleast 1 year relevant experience
  • The ability to conduct different types of interviews and utilize Job platforms and/or HR Payroll System
  • Experience with recruitment processes and/or Compensation and Benefits procedures
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Computer Proficient.
