Responsibility

• Maintains compliance and best practices with government employment laws and regulation
• Acknowledge of government documentation such as SSS, Pag-Ibig, BIR, liability of submit, process and follow up all government documents and permits
• Verify employee attendance and monitor shop cash recording and receiving, delivery system COD amount and shop delivery fee payment.
• To recruit, train and manage employees, edit and implement company employee rules.
• Computer literate, knowledgeable in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree, human resources or any related course.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organization skills and attention to details
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Must have at least 1 year of recruitment experience
• Highly organized, detailed oriented and can multi-task.
• Can work under pressure
• Can work overtime
• Must be willing to work in Makati city.
